365cuci Terms and Conditions

1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "365cuci" — refers to the online gambling platform accessible via the website https://365cuci.run, including all products and services offered under it.
• "Member" or "User" — any individual who has registered an account and uses the 365cuci services.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile application and all digital interfaces owned and operated by 365cuci.
• "Account Balance" — the total amount of funds in a member's account at any given time, including cash and bonus credits eligible for use.
• "Bonus" — any monetary value or additional credit granted by 365cuci to a member based on a current promotion.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Use of the 365cuci platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria to ensure a safe and responsible gaming environment.

2.1 Age Limit

365cuci services are only open to individuals aged 21 and above. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised. 365cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately with all balances in that account forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts using different information constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in the closure of all such accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Members are fully responsible for ensuring their personal information is kept up to date. 365cuci reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport when necessary.

2.4 Regional Restrictions

It is the member's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 365cuci services does not violate any laws or regulations in force in their area of residence. 365cuci makes no representation that use of its platform is lawful in all regions.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

Members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. 365cuci recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Never share your password with anyone.

3.2 Account Activity

Members are responsible for all activity that occurs within their account. If there is any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, please contact the 365cuci support team immediately via live chat or our support email.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that show no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. 365cuci reserves the right to impose an administrative fee on such accounts in accordance with current internal policy. Members will be given reasonable notice before any action is taken.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Methods and Limits

365cuci accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50.

4.2 Ownership Verification

All deposit and withdrawal methods must be in the name of the registered member. 365cuci does not allow the use of third-party accounts for any financial transactions. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. 365cuci reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal. This is a protective measure to ensure the security of member funds.

4.4 Deposit Cancellation

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

365cuci offers a Welcome Bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from bonus winnings.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to claim the Welcome Bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 365cuci reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted in cases of fraud or breach of terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided in full, along with all associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period set by 365cuci from the date the bonus is credited.

5.3 VIP Programme

Active members are eligible for the 365cuci VIP Programme, which consists of three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). Progression to a higher tier depends on the member's activity and loyalty to the platform.

5.4 Other Promotions

Other promotions offered by 365cuci from time to time have their own terms and conditions, which will be stated clearly at the time the promotion is launched. Members are advised to read all promotion terms carefully before participating.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on the 365cuci platform are final once confirmed. Any bets placed due to a technical error or system disruption will be reviewed by the 365cuci team and the final decision is at 365cuci's discretion.

6.2 Game Integrity

365cuci uses a certified random number generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness across all slot games and casino games. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical means or any other method is prohibited.

6.3 Prohibition on Bot Use

The use of any automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised methods to access or play on the 365cuci platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

6.4 Prohibited Collaborative Betting

Agreements between members to bet against each other for the purpose of clearing bonus wagering requirements or exploiting promotions are prohibited. 365cuci reserves the right to void all bets and accounts involved in such practices.

7 Member Responsibilities

By using the 365cuci platform, each member acknowledges and agrees to comply with the following responsibilities:

• Bet only with money the member can afford to lose.
• Not use the 365cuci platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Not share login credentials with any other party.
• Notify 365cuci promptly if there is any suspicious activity in the account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to online gambling in their area of residence.
• Not use a false name or misleading information during registration or when communicating with the support team.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Action by 365cuci

365cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion relating to any of the following:

• Fraud or attempted fraud in any form.
• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Use of unauthorised bots or automated software.
• Confirmation that the account holder is an individual under 21 years of age.

8.2 Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 365cuci support team. Prior to account closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

All game outcomes are final. 365cuci will not entertain any claims relating to game outcomes deemed unfair unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure on the part of the platform.

11 Responsible Gambling

365cuci cares about the wellbeing of every member. Gambling should be a source of entertainment, not stress or addiction.

11.1 Deposit and Time Limits

Members may contact the 365cuci support team to set deposit limits or session time limits to help manage gambling habits proactively.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

12 Amendments to Terms

12.2 Continued Use

Continued use of the 365cuci platform after any amendment takes effect is deemed acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using this platform and contact our customer support to close your account.
